Why do I need to "Sign In" to see pricing...?
Bull Steel offers wholesale pricing and sells sign frames exclusively to sign shops/manufacturers which is why we require you to have an account and password to sign in and view pricing and place orders.

How do I apply fo
r a wholesale account...?
You can apply for a wholesale account here, or select the Apply for Wholesale Account link located at the top of each page.  Wholesale applications are reviewed within 24 hours of receipt.  When your account is approved, you will receive email notification with instructions to create a password to access pricing and be able to place orders.  If you don’t receive and email notification within 24 hours, please call us at (888) 595-2855.

What if I forgot my password...?
No problem, go to the "Sign In" page and select “Forgot your password” and follow the instructions to reset your password.

How do I change my “Sign In” information...?
Please contact us at (888) 595-2855 or email sales@bullsteel.com and we’ll be happy to make changes to your “Sign In” information.

How much is shipping...?
Bull Steel offers 50% discounted UPS ground shipping on all orders.  The shipping rate displayed at checkout includes the discount.  Shipping rates are displayed prior to you placing your order.

When will I receive my order...?

Orders ship from our facility within 24 hours of receipt.  To determine when you will receive your order, please refer to the Transit Days map below.  You will also receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.  The tracking information will provide your scheduled delivery date.

How can I check status and track my order...?

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is processed and a second email notification with tracking details when your order ships.

What is the minimum order...?

All sign frames are packaged in specific carton quantities which are displayed on each product page.  You will find that most items are available in minimum carton quantities of (5).

Do you offer price breaks...?

Price breaks, where applicable, will be displayed accordingly on each product page.

Do you blind ship...?

We sure do.  At checkout select “Change” alongside the default shipping address, open the  “Saved Addresses” menu and select “Use a New Address”.  There is no Bull Steel information shown on our boxes, labels or products.

Where can I view my invoices and obtain a receipt...?

Invoices and receipts can be found by signing in to your account then selecting your name displayed next to “Signed in as” located at the top of each page.

My order was damaged during shipment, what do I do...?

On rare occasions, sign frames get damaged during shipment.  Our first priority is getting you replacement frames, so contact us immediately at (888) 595-2855. 

Also, please email us pictures of the unopened box and the damaged frames and include your company name and order number to sales@bullsteel.com. 

What is your return policy...?

Do you offer custom size frames...?

Yes, depending upon the size, style and quantity requested.  Please send your inquiry to sales@bullsteel.com and include as much detail about the frame as possible.  Providing a sketch or drawing is also helpful.
