Return & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 10 business days. If 10 business days have gone by since you received your order we do not accept returns or offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return your items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them and they must be in the original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and you will be responsible for paying shipping costs.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
Damaged / Defective Goods
On rare occasions, sign frames get damaged during shipment. Our first priority is getting you replacement frames, so contact us immediately at (888) 595-2855.
Also, please email us pictures of the unopened box and the damaged frames and include your company name and order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
